3 · Pricing & Payment
All prices are in
NZ$ unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed instantly via Stripe or secure bank transfer.
Instalment plans must be completed; missed payments suspend access.
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered.
4 · Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation
Discovery calls: free; reschedule up to 12 hours prior.
Private sessions: 24 hours’ notice required or counted as completed.
Group program start dates are fixed; unused sessions forfeit after program closure.
5 · Intellectual Property
All content—logos, course videos, PDFs, methodologies —remains the exclusive IP of Be-Lov3. You may not share, sell, or adapt without written consent.
6 · Disclaimer of Results
We guarantee delivery of curriculum and support; we do not guarantee specific personal, financial, or career outcomes. Your choices and implementation drive your results.
7 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hawkes Bay, New Zealand law, CTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9 · Governing Law & Disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Province of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
